14 Days Returns Policy for Refund, Exchanges and Resizing
All our products are all finely crafted and produced with extreme care. All
finished products have undergone very straight and detailed quality check. We
are proud to offer the quality that surpasses customers’ expectations. We want
you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchased jewelry; however, if you are
not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for either
a refund, resizing or exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt of the
goods.
Our 14 Days Return Policy gives you abundant time to consider your purchase. If
for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the jewelry, you can
return any non-engraved, unworn item(s) in its original condition and packaging
within 14 days from the date of receipt for a refund or an exchange. The
restocking fee for refund or exchange is 20% of the purchased price of the
item(s) and shipping, order administration and handling fees are non-refundable,
if applicable.
If there are any free gifts with the purchase, they must be returned with the
products which are to be refunded too. When we receive your returned item, it
will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Once and it is accepted,
your refund will be processed in just a few business days.
Resizing
Resizing of all the rings purchased from MyJewelrymart.com are possible and a
charge will be applied. The exact cost may vary, depending on the scope of
re-sizing and the complexity of the different models. Additional Shipping and
handling are to be incurred too.
How to return?
It is necessary to follow MyJewelrymart.com’s return procedure outlined below if
a customer decides to return a product or the return will not be accepted and
the returned item will be rejected and shipped back to the customer:
1. Your Return Authorization Number (RA#). Email us at
info@MyJewelrymart.com for a Return Authorization Number.
2. Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and gift box if it
is for a refund.
3. Ship Your Package. Customers are highly recommended to insure the
returned package. No written reference to jewelry merchandise or diamonds or
related words should appear on parcel because it will increase the risk of theft
and loss. You are recommended to mark it as a gift.

Cancellation
If you’d like to cancel or change a MyJewelrymart.com order for any reasons,
please contact us at info@MyJewelrymart.com
as soon as possible and make sure to include your order number and other order
details. However, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already
entered the Production/Shipping phase or has already sent out. If your order
cannot be cancelled, you can simply return it to us, a 20% restocking fee will
be charged while shipping, order administration and handling fees are
non-refundable, if applicable. MyJewelrymart.com reserves the right to cancel
any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions
will be reported to proper authorities.
Refunds
Once we received your returned item(s), your money will be refunded to you for
any payments less any applicable fees against your purchase. The first credit
will be made within 7 business days of receipt and verification of the
merchandise. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited
to the same card. The restocking fee for refund is 20% of the purchased price of
the item(s) and shipping, order administration and handling fees are
non-refundable, if applicable.
