Currently we only accept order via our online store. Our web site is designed to
deliver the best possible online shopping experience to our customers, featuring

You can easily select the item(s) that you wanted and added it into the shopping
cart. Then, you can press the checkout button located at the top right hand
corner on every page to complete your order online. The payment process is SSL

Order Processing & Fabrication
After your completing your order, an email with the order details and payment
confirmation will be sent to you, usually on the same or at latest the next
business day. Your payment will be reviewed within the same time frame and after
the confirmation of your payment, your order will be processed.
All our Tungsten Carbide Rings are hand-made and 100% custom-made to order,
crafted to our customers’ individual specifications. Normally, it will take
around 5-7 business days for the fabrication period to be completed. Rings with
special coatings and diamond setting may take more time in production, depending
upon the design chosen.
Customizations on rings are possible and thus, if you order for a custom-made

Shipping of Order
Once your order is finished, we will send it out immediately. An email with the
parcel’s tracking number will be sent to you on the date of the parcel is
shipped. Longer delivery times should be expected for orders shipping
destinations other than North America, UK or continental Europe.
Please check all delivery packaging prior to releasing/signing for it. Once the
package is signed for, we are not held responsible for any damage/theft which
may have occurred.

If you are having difficulty paying online or you do not wish to make the order

You are also welcome to contact us directly if you want to order for customized
product and service, eg, custom-made rings, rush order, Saturday delivery.
Sometimes an order may be left incomplete (eg, missing size, width, finish,
email address etc . . .) and the order will be placed temporarily on hold until
the payment process is finished and all missing information is submitted. Order
processing period and delivery date may consequently be delayed.
The prices listed throughout this site are for Internet orders. In case that a
jewelry product is priced incorrectly due to typographical or programming error,
MyJewelrymart.com shall have the right to refuse to complete or cancel orders
placed, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card
charged. A refund of the order will be offered to the customer accordingly.
